Safety First
Ensuring the safety of our workers is of utmost importance and that’s why we have been working hard to reduce our LTIFR (Lost Time Injury Frequency Rates). LTIFR is the number of lost time injuries occurring in a workplace per 1 million man-hours worked.
Action Workforce has initiated a number of innovations in WHS, including:
- Early Intervention Program
- Functional Assessment Program
- Increased RTW Rigour and Compliance Program
- Risk Management Program
- LIVE Onsite Safety Observation & Training Program
- Fatigue Management Program
All of which have contributed to a national average LTIFR of 0.57 over the past five years to FY19. That is 0.57 lost time injuries on a jobsite every 1 million hours worked.
